He's never been so quick to bed.....any bed

We've started a new house rule:  No soothers unless he is in bed.

Sure enough, after "carrying" his soother for a few minutes, he went and climbed into Mummy's bed.  Soon followed by stuffing soother in mouth and just lying there.

Just did it again.  Second time in 10 minutes.  This little guy isn't ready to give up soothers.  I had to give him the soother to get him out of the bedroom so my lady could get some sleep.  He is crafty at finding ways to get his own way.

We're still aiming for D-Day on Saturday - letting the soothers float away on balloons so he can watch.  We'll make it a little farewell party.  Not sure how long it will last.  Based on tonight's performance I reckon about 15 minutes.

UPDATE:  He now must hold the soothers and he "pretends" to suck them.  Also caught him climbing into bed alone for the first time - just so he could have a go at his soothers in bed.  Entertaining times....
